F&M Construction website privacy policy
Effective date: August 8, 2026
This policy explains the limited information handled when you use the F&M Construction project inquiry form.
Information submitted
The form asks for your name, email address, project type, property type, and project details. The server also records a one-way hash of the submitting IP address, the browser user-agent string, and the submission time for security and rate limiting.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to your project inquiry, protect the form from abuse, and maintain the integrity of website submissions. This website does not claim to sell or share inquiry information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Storage and protection
Inquiry records are stored server-side in a directory blocked from public web access. File locks protect concurrent writes. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and requests
F&M Construction should retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the project conversation, business records, and security. Because no verified public phone, email, or address has been supplied, privacy requests can be initiated through the project inquiry form.
Cookies
The form uses a short-lived, HTTP-only session cookie with SameSite protection to create and verify a CSRF token. The site does not include advertising trackers.
Changes
This policy may be updated when site practices change. The effective date above identifies this version.
